WHITE INK PUBLISHING — DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY
Last updated: 19 August 2026
1. About This Policy
This Digital Delivery Policy explains how digital publications purchased through whiteinkpublishing.com are delivered, accessed, reissued and supported.
White Ink Publishing is a digital publishing brand and business operated by Arun Suresh Tiwari (“White Ink Publishing”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Website: whiteinkpublishing.com
Email: contact@whiteinkpublishing.com
Grievance Officer: Arun Suresh Tiwari
This Policy should be read together with our:
Terms and Conditions;
Privacy Policy;
Refund & Cancellation Policy;
product-specific information displayed before purchase.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.
2. Nature of Our Products
White Ink Publishing primarily sells digital publications, including:
ebooks;
PDF publications;
downloadable guides;
digital reference material;
other clearly identified digital content.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, these are digital products only.
No physical:
printed book;
CD;
USB drive;
courier shipment;
postal parcel
will be provided for a product clearly described as digital.
Please review the product description and format carefully before completing your purchase.
3. How Digital Delivery Works
After successful payment confirmation, an eligible digital publication is delivered electronically.
Depending on the product and website configuration, delivery may occur through:
a secure download link sent to the email address used at checkout;
a download or access option displayed after successful payment;
an order-confirmation page;
an email containing access information;
another electronic-delivery method clearly disclosed for the product.
The technical delivery method may change as our ecommerce systems evolve.
A change in delivery technology will not change the identity of the product purchased or remove any mandatory consumer right.
4. Payment Must Be Successfully Confirmed
Digital delivery is ordinarily initiated only after successful payment confirmation.
A transaction shown as:
pending;
processing;
failed;
cancelled;
incomplete;
unconfirmed
may not trigger digital delivery.
If your bank account, UPI account or card appears to have been charged but your order has not been confirmed, contact:
contact@whiteinkpublishing.com
Please provide reasonable non-sensitive information such as:
your name;
email used for purchase;
order number, if available;
transaction reference, if available;
date of payment;
amount paid.
Never send:
OTPs;
UPI PINs;
card PINs;
CVVs;
banking passwords;
internet-banking passwords;
other confidential authentication credentials.
White Ink Publishing does not require such credentials for ordinary order verification or digital-delivery support.
5. Expected Delivery Time
Digital delivery is normally initiated automatically after successful payment confirmation.
In most cases, customers should receive or be able to access their digital publication shortly after the payment has been successfully confirmed.
However, payment confirmation, email delivery, internet connectivity, hosting systems and other technical services may occasionally experience delays.
For this reason, White Ink Publishing does not guarantee delivery within an exact number of seconds or minutes.
If You Have Not Received Your Publication
If successful payment has been confirmed but your digital publication has not arrived or become accessible within 15 minutes, please:
check your Inbox;
check Spam and Junk folders;
check Promotions, Updates or other filtered folders;
confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct;
search your email for messages relating to White Ink Publishing or your order;
contact contact@whiteinkpublishing.com if the publication is still unavailable.
We will investigate genuine delivery problems and provide appropriate assistance.
The 15-minute period is a customer-support trigger, not a guarantee that every order will require 15 minutes for delivery.
6. Customer Email Address
Customers should provide a valid, correctly spelled and accessible email address during checkout.
Digital-delivery and order information may be sent to the email address entered during the purchase process.
Please verify your email address carefully before completing payment.
Common mistakes may include:
incorrect spelling;
missing characters;
entering .con instead of .com;
entering the wrong Gmail or other email username;
using an email account that is no longer accessible.
White Ink Publishing cannot guarantee successful automated delivery where the email address supplied by the customer is incorrect or inaccessible.
However, a genuine purchaser will not automatically lose their purchase merely because of a correctable email-entry error.
7. Incorrect Email Address Entered During Checkout
If you realise that you entered an incorrect email address, contact:
contact@whiteinkpublishing.com
as soon as possible.
Please provide:
your name;
incorrect email address entered, if known;
correct email address;
order number, if available;
transaction or payment reference, if available;
publication title;
approximate date and amount of purchase.
After reasonable verification that you are the legitimate purchaser, White Ink Publishing may, where technically possible:
correct the delivery information;
resend the digital-delivery email;
reissue a valid download link;
provide another reasonable access method.
An incorrect email address does not automatically cancel an otherwise valid purchase where the digital publication can reasonably be redelivered.
8. Verification Before Correcting an Email Address
Because changing a delivery email could give another person access to a purchased publication, White Ink Publishing may require reasonable verification before changing an order's delivery details.
Verification may include information such as:
purchaser name;
email originally entered;
order number;
transaction reference;
publication purchased;
purchase date;
amount paid.
We will not request a customer's:
OTP;
UPI PIN;
card PIN;
CVV;
banking password
for ordinary delivery verification.
9. Spam, Junk and Other Email Filters
Automated delivery emails may occasionally be filtered by the customer's email provider.
Before reporting non-delivery, please check:
Inbox;
Spam;
Junk;
Promotions;
Updates;
other filtered folders.
Where appropriate, customers may add contact@whiteinkpublishing.com to their trusted contacts.
10. Download Links and Access
Where a publication is supplied through a secure download link, the link is intended for the legitimate purchaser's personal access.
Download links may be subject to:
technical restrictions;
download limits;
expiry periods;
security controls;
anti-abuse measures;
platform restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a downloadable publication does not guarantee:
permanent cloud storage;
unlimited future downloads;
permanent validity of the original link;
lifetime hosting;
indefinite online access.
Customers should download and safely retain their legitimate purchased copy.
11. Saving Your Purchased Publication
After downloading your publication successfully, we recommend saving a copy securely on your personal device or storage system.
Customers are responsible for protecting their lawful copies against:
accidental deletion;
device loss;
device failure;
damaged storage;
loss of access to their own email;
unauthorised sharing;
malware or customer-side security problems.
White Ink Publishing may assist genuine purchasers with reasonable access problems where technically possible.
However, purchasing a publication does not create an unlimited obligation on White Ink Publishing to provide permanent personal cloud storage.
12. Reissuing Digital Access
If a legitimate purchaser loses the original delivery email or cannot access the original link, they may contact:
contact@whiteinkpublishing.com
Where reasonably possible and after appropriate order verification, we may:
resend delivery information;
issue a replacement download link;
restore access;
provide another reasonable delivery solution.
Reissue is intended to help genuine purchasers recover legitimate access.
It is not intended to enable unauthorised redistribution.
13. When Reissue May Be Restricted
White Ink Publishing may restrict or investigate a reissue request where there is reasonable evidence of:
fraud;
unauthorised redistribution;
repeated suspicious access requests;
misuse of download links;
inability to verify the original purchase;
another legitimate security concern.
Any such action will be proportionate and subject to applicable consumer law.
This section will not be used to obstruct genuine customers experiencing legitimate delivery problems.
14. Digital File Format
The digital format of a publication will be stated or reasonably identifiable from the relevant product information.
A publication may be supplied in a format such as:
PDF;
ebook format;
another clearly disclosed downloadable digital format.
Customers should ensure that their device can reasonably open the stated file format.
15. Device and Software Compatibility
Customers are responsible for having reasonably compatible:
smartphones;
tablets;
computers;
PDF or ebook-reading software;
operating systems;
storage capacity;
internet access for downloading;
email access.
White Ink Publishing is not ordinarily responsible for access problems caused solely by:
damaged customer hardware;
unsupported customer software;
insufficient device storage;
customer internet failure;
customer-side security settings;
loss of the customer's own email account.
However, where White Ink Publishing materially misrepresented the digital format or compatibility requirements, the matter will be reviewed fairly.
16. Corrupted or Unusable Files
If a downloaded publication appears materially corrupted or unusable:
attempt the download again, where possible;
try opening the file using appropriate compatible software;
try another compatible device where reasonably available;
contact contact@whiteinkpublishing.com if the problem continues.
Please provide:
order information;
publication title;
brief description of the problem;
screenshot of the error, where useful.
Where the supplied file is genuinely defective, White Ink Publishing may:
replace the file;
issue a corrected copy;
reissue access;
provide another reasonable remedy;
process a refund where appropriate under our Refund & Cancellation Policy or applicable law.
17. Wrong Publication Delivered
If you receive a publication different from the publication you purchased, contact:
contact@whiteinkpublishing.com
After reasonable verification, we will take appropriate steps to provide the correct publication.
Where the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, an appropriate remedy will be considered in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
18. Duplicate Delivery Messages
Receiving duplicate order or download emails does not necessarily mean that you were charged twice.
If you believe more than one payment was actually charged, contact:
contact@whiteinkpublishing.com
and provide the relevant non-sensitive transaction details.
Duplicate-payment issues are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
19. Delayed Delivery
Digital delivery may occasionally be delayed because of circumstances such as:
delayed payment confirmation;
payment-network processing;
email-server delay;
hosting or ecommerce disruption;
internet outages;
technical maintenance;
security checks;
third-party service interruptions;
events outside our reasonable control.
Where successful payment has been confirmed but a publication is not delivered within the expected period, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and complete legitimate delivery.
A temporary delay does not automatically cancel a valid purchase where delivery can reasonably be completed.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
20. Failed Delivery
Where:
successful payment has been confirmed;
delivery has failed;
reasonable attempts at redelivery have failed; and
the publication cannot reasonably be supplied,
the matter will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
21. Multiple Personal Devices
Unless the product page states otherwise, a legitimate purchaser may generally use their lawful personal copy on their own reasonably compatible personal devices.
Purchase does not authorise:
public redistribution;
commercial redistribution;
mass sharing;
resale;
unauthorised institutional distribution;
public file uploads;
circulation through WhatsApp, Telegram, email groups or similar channels.
The licence and intellectual-property conditions are described in our Terms and Conditions.
22. Personal Use and Copyright
Digital delivery does not transfer copyright, publishing rights or other intellectual-property ownership to the customer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchase grants a limited right to use the purchased digital publication for lawful personal use.
Unauthorised reproduction, resale or distribution may violate:
our Terms and Conditions;
applicable copyright law;
other intellectual-property rights.
23. Updated or Corrected Files
White Ink Publishing may occasionally correct:
typographical errors;
formatting problems;
technical defects;
editorial errors.
Where appropriate, a corrected version of substantially the same purchased edition may be made available to the purchaser.
Purchase of one edition does not automatically include every future:
revised edition;
expanded edition;
new edition;
separately priced edition.
24. Digital Bundles
Where a customer purchases a bundle containing multiple digital publications, the products may be delivered:
through one link;
through multiple links;
in one email;
in multiple emails;
through another clearly disclosed method.
If one item in a bundle is missing, please contact:
contact@whiteinkpublishing.com
We will investigate the affected publication.
A missing single component does not automatically mean that every publication in the bundle failed to deliver.
25. Payment Processing and Digital Fulfilment
Payment processing and digital fulfilment are separate functions.
The payment provider handles payment processing and payment confirmation.
White Ink Publishing and its ecommerce infrastructure manage digital-publication fulfilment and customer-support issues associated with delivery.
Customers should contact White Ink Publishing regarding:
missing publications;
incorrect publications;
delivery-email problems;
digital download problems;
correction of delivery information;
legitimate reissue requests.
Payment-provider assistance may separately be appropriate for certain payment-status or refund-tracking matters.
26. No Physical Shipping
Unless a specific product is expressly described as physical, orders for White Ink Publishing digital publications do not include:
courier delivery;
postal delivery;
printed copies;
shipping charges;
shipment tracking;
physical return instructions.
Digital publications are delivered electronically.
27. No Guaranteed Lifetime Hosting
Unless expressly promised in writing for a particular publication, White Ink Publishing does not guarantee that:
original download links will remain active forever;
historical editions will remain hosted indefinitely;
every product will remain commercially available permanently;
every past publication will remain downloadable indefinitely.
Customers should securely retain their legitimate purchased copy after successful delivery.
This section does not remove remedies required for genuine non-delivery or defects.
28. Security of Download Links
Customers should not publicly share secure download links.
Public sharing may:
compromise digital security;
enable unauthorised distribution;
violate the personal-use licence;
trigger security or anti-abuse controls.
Where reasonably necessary, a compromised link may be:
disabled;
replaced;
restricted.
Legitimate purchaser rights remain subject to applicable law.
29. Fraud, Abuse and False Delivery Claims
White Ink Publishing may investigate reasonable evidence of:
fraudulent purchases;
abuse of download links;
unauthorised redistribution;
knowingly false claims of non-delivery;
repeated bad-faith access requests;
deliberate circumvention of security controls.
Relevant order, delivery and support records may be preserved where reasonably necessary for:
security;
fraud prevention;
dispute resolution;
lawful enforcement.
This section will not be used to obstruct genuine customer complaints.
30. Customer Support
For digital-delivery assistance:
Email: contact@whiteinkpublishing.com
Please provide:
your name;
email address used for purchase;
order number, if available;
transaction reference, where relevant;
publication title;
brief description of the problem.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate genuine delivery problems as promptly as practicable.
31. Grievance Redressal
For unresolved delivery or consumer grievances:
Grievance Officer: Arun Suresh Tiwari
White Ink Publishing
Email: contact@whiteinkpublishing.com
We aim to:
acknowledge applicable consumer grievances within 48 hours of receipt; and
redress them within one month from the date of receipt, or within any different period required under applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy restricts any statutory consumer grievance mechanism or remedy.
32. Relationship With Refunds and Cancellations
A digital-delivery problem does not automatically require a refund where the problem can reasonably be corrected through:
redelivery;
reissued access;
correction of an email address;
a replacement link;
a functional replacement file.
Where a publication cannot reasonably be delivered or another qualifying circumstance exists, our Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply.
Nothing in this provision removes a mandatory refund or other consumer remedy required by applicable law.
33. Privacy and Delivery Information
Personal information used for:
order confirmation;
payment administration;
delivery;
access verification;
customer support
is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Customers should not send unnecessary sensitive information when contacting us about digital delivery.
34. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Digital delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside White Ink Publishing's reasonable control, including:
major internet outages;
hosting outages;
payment-network disruption;
email-provider failures;
cyber incidents;
natural disasters;
government restrictions;
comparable extraordinary events.
We will take reasonable steps to restore affected services where practicable.
This provision does not remove consumer remedies that must remain available under applicable law.
35. Changes to This Policy
White Ink Publishing may update this Digital Delivery Policy where reasonably necessary because of changes in:
ecommerce systems;
payment systems;
delivery technology;
service providers;
security practices;
publications;
applicable law;
business operations.
The latest version will display a revised Last updated date.
Changes will ordinarily operate prospectively.
A later policy change will not be used merely to retrospectively remove mandatory rights associated with an already completed purchase.
36. Relationship With Other Website Policies
This Digital Delivery Policy should be read together with:
Terms and Conditions
Privacy Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
product-specific information displayed before purchase.
Where any provision conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
